Based on the great successes achieved by Emaar Misr in its projects in West Cairo over the last year, and the selling out of the units in the first phase of the Belle Vie project in a matter of days; the company continues its achievements and announces its contract with Redcon Development and Solid Construction. That is to begin implementing the construction works for the first phase of the project. This happened only 10 months after laying the foundation stone and launching the project. The second part of the Belle Vie project will be launched in the next term. It provides a lifestyle marked by refinement in many nuances.
Belle Vie Emaar
Emaar Misr had created the groundwork for the Belle Vie project by arranging a lavish party, which was attended by a large number of businesspeople and artists and was entertained by the famous Lebanese composer and pianist Michel Fadel. The project’s distinctive qualities enticed many of Emaar’s Egyptian clientele to purchase the project’s various and opulent properties, resulting in the sale of all units in the first phase in record time.
Emaar Misr announced that Redcon Development Company will build Valley Villas, which will have 243 units and will cost 661 million pounds, while Solid Construction Company will build the area of Plaza Residences and Beach View Residences, which will have 10 buildings and 326 units and will cost 524 million pounds.
