Forbes and Magnom properties announced the partnership to build Forbes International Tower at the World Economic Forum annual meeting,  But Who is Forbes? and Why is that decision considered a change in the New Administrative Capital’s future? The magazine is also well known for its lists and rankings such as the richest Americans, MENA’s top 50 Most Funded-Startups, and Arab World’s Billionaires.

As we have mentioned before that the Tower will affect the future of the New Administrative Capital so let us know how. The Tower is planned to be a new zero-carbon commercial tower which is the first of its kind in the Middle East and will elevate standards of green design fused with modern construction concepts. The Tower is designed by Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architectures with responsive soaring glass, steel, and Solar cell integrated design.

The tower consists of 55 floors of flexible office spaces and two stories of high-end retail experiences and it will be developed by Magnom Properties which is a subsidiary of the well-known Rawabi Holding Group. The developer of the compound is setting new benchmarks as part of its leading role in redefining the real estate sector by creating high-value commercial, residential, and lifestyle projects not only in KSA but also in Egypt if not in the whole MENA region.

Located in the northern Central Business District of Cairo’s New Administrative Capital. The innovative commercial tower uses the power of surrounding natural resources and elevates the energy performance standards with its solar panel rooftop.

The technology used inside the tower from fully automated HVAC to modern intelligent building technology helps in the Carbon free plan set for the tower. The partnership agreement was decided depending on a global study that spots the strength of real estate investment in the Middle East as a core driver of economic growth, high GDP growth, and diversification strategies in the non-oil sector.

This project will take the New Administrative Capital to a different level as it will not only take the prices to a higher leap but also it will encourage more internationally known investors to start turning their heads to the New Administrative Capital. In addition to that, it will be a center of the Middle east’s investment and entrepreneurship communities.
