Mountain View launches a new project in New Cairo

In the next few days, Mountain View Company will announce the launch of its new project in the heart of the Fifth Settlement. The Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development and “Mountain View” company have partnered to develop 1,700 acres in Helio Park, east of Cairo. The contract stipulates a minimum revenue for the Misr El Gadida Company for Housing and Development of 80 billion Egyptian pounds. This information is according to the terms of the contract submitted by Mountain View, based on what was disclosed by the Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development.

The total revenue of this project is estimated at approximately 397 billion Egyptian pounds, provided that the project will be developed in a period of time ranging from 23 to 25 years. Moreover, the share of Heliopolis Housing and Development Company of the project’s revenues is 30% which will be collected during the agreed project development period .

In 2021, the Mountain View Company achieved contractual sales of about seven billion pounds in the first six months of the year. Mountain View also recently presented a new stage in its “ICity New Cairo” project. That project was called “Lagoon Beach Park”, which has been put up for sale. The land area on which the project is located extends over 100 acres, with an investment value of eight billion Egyptian pounds. Additionally, Mountain View intends to build a new phase in the ICity project, the Fifth Settlement, to capitalize on its success.
