This sale was a joint effort between Nawy and Jossour Real Estate. The Gouna penthouse suite that was sold features:
- A built-up area of 752 square meters
- A rooftop with a built-up area of 295 square meters
- Private swimming pool
This sale has been gaining momentum, not only for the amount of the transaction and the size of the penthouse but also for the timing.
