CIB partially finances SODIC’s EDNC with 1 Billion EGP

SODIC has signed a facility with the Commercial International Bank (CIB) for a total amount of EGP 1bn to partially finance the investment cost of Eastown District New Cairo (EDNC), SODIC’s first non-residential project in East Cairo.

EDNC is the commercial subsection of Eastown. Located directly on road 90, and adjacent to the American University in Cairo (AUC), EDNC brings 90,000 sqm of commercial and retail area to the New Cairo project. It will be the cornerstone of SODIC’s recurring success catered towards the East.
